What is the basic fee structure?

We are pleased to announce the addition of 8 new rooms coming online in Spring 2023. In addition to our current 16 rooms, this will take our total room count up to 24 rooms. We require a buyout of all 24 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights and a Three Day Event Package. Please inquire directly for rates.

What is included in the THREE DAY EVENT PACKAGE?

How many people can sleep on-site?

Villa Santa Cruz can sleep up to 65 guests in 24 rooms. Wedding groups are required to book all accommodations for a 3 night minimum.

Where do the rest of my guests stay?

Our wedding planner can make specific suggestions, but there are many nearby accommodation options for your guests that include glamping tents, vacation rentals/casitas and hotels in Todos Santos.

Is there a service that can shuttle my guests between their hotel/vacation rental and VSC?

Yes. Please inquire for more details.

What vendors do I use?

We require the use of our in-house caterer and wedding planner. All event rentals, music, flowers, etc. must be arranged separately with the help of your coordinator. Our catering team has wonderful menu and bar options – all can be customized to suit your tastes and style.

Can I get legally married in Mexico?

The vast majority of our couples are married legally in their home country and then have a purely symbolic ceremony at Villa Santa Cruz. They find this is an easier and less expensive option. If you’d like to be legally married in Mexico, we can put you in touch with professionals who will guide you through the process (requirements include blood tests and health certifications, translation of birth certificates in Spanish, etc.)
